Filing a DMCA Infringement Notice

To report copyright infringement on bokepzone.com.de, you must provide a written notification to the designated channels. The notice must contain substantially the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are covered).
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, along with the exact URL page address on bokepzone.com.de where the link resides.
  • Contact information of the complaining party, including email address, physical address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Using the Report Tool

Our Report Content worksheet is provided to help you arrange these necessary facts locally in your browser. Completing and submitting the form does not constitute official service or proof of delivery. To enforce your claims, you must independently transmit the completed notice to the proper contact details of the hosting provider or copyright agent.

Counter-Notification Process

If you believe that your content or link was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice. It must include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the URL location prior to removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if outside the United States, to the appropriate judicial authority, and that you will accept service of process from the original complaining party.

Repeat Infringer and Misrepresentation Policies

We maintain a policy to restrict or terminate access to the Service for users who are determined to be repeat infringers, where technically feasible. Under the DMCA, any person who knowingly and materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be held liable for damages, including court costs and attorney's fees incurred by the alleged infringer or the Service operator.
